We are an established construction company in Singapore seeking a HR Manager to oversee both human resources and office administrative functions. This role suits a hands-on professional who is comfortable managing people, policies, compliance, and day-to-day office operations in a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities


Human Resources Management

  • Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
  • Manage manpower planning and recruitment for both local and foreign workforce in coordination with project and operations teams.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore employment legislation, MOM regulations, work pass applications, quota and levy matters.
