Job Summary

The HR Manager will be responsible for leading and executing the company’s human resources strategy across operations in Malaysia. This role supports business growth by driving effective talent management, ensuring compliance with Malaysian labour laws, strengthening employee engagement, and building a high-performance culture within a fast-paced logistics environment. The HR Manager will act as a key business partner to operational leaders, providing strategic and hands‑on HR support across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Strategy & Business Partnering
    • Partner with the Country Head of HR to implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
    • Advise management on organisational design, manpower planning, and workforce optimisation.
    • Support leadership in change management initiatives across logistics operations.
