Position Overview: 
Seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead end-to-end HR 
functions. The role will drive HR strategies, employee engagement, compliance, and 
business growth across multiple locations. Frequent travel is required to support regional 
operations. 
 
Key Responsibilities: 
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals. 
• Lead recruitment, workforce planning, and employer branding. 
• Manage employee relations, engagement, and grievance handling. 
• Oversee performance management and employee development. 
• Ensure statutory compliance and HR policy implementation. 
• Manage payroll coordination, benefits, and HR operations. 
• Track HR metrics and prepare reports for leadership. 
 
Qualifications: 
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or related field. 
• 5–8 years of HR management experience. 
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices. 
 



• Excellent leadership and communication skills. 
• Willingness to travel 30%–40%.
