The role will drive HR strategies, employee engagement, compliance, and business growth across multiple locations. Frequent travel is required to support regional operations. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals. Lead recruitment, workforce planning, and employer branding. Manage employee relations, engagement, and grievance handling. Oversee performance management and employee development. Ensure statutory compliance and HR policy implementation. Manage payroll coordination, benefits, and HR operations. Track HR metrics and prepare reports for leadership. Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in HR or related field. 58 years of HR management experience. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Willingness to travel 30%40%.
