Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, payroll oversight, employee relations, training, and performance management.
  • Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company strategy and legal compliance.
  • Plan manpower needs and manage end-to-end recruitment strategies.
  • Manage employee relations, conflicts, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with Employment Act and Malaysian labour laws.
  • Lead training and development initiatives to build workforce capability.
  • Supervise and guide HR team members, ensuring smooth HR operations.
  • Prepare HR reports and provide workforce insights to management.
  • Promote employee engagement and a positive workplace culture.
  • Liaise with government bodies (e.g., EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Immigration if applicable).
