Job Description

The Learning and Development Manager reports directly to the Learning and Development Head and plays a key role in developing and executing learning strategies that support the Fast Group’s business objectives. The role is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating effective learning programs, including leadership and talent development initiatives, leveraging learning technologies, and ensuring compliance with quality standards and best practices. Working closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders, the position ensures continuous improvement of L&D processes, alignment with organizational needs, and optimal use of resources to drive employee performance and organizational growth.
