We, at OQ Technology, a pioneering company in the Satellite Telecommunications industry, are looking for a senior HR Manager to join our growing team. This is a key role within the organization, responsible for developing, managing and professionalizing our HR function to support organizational growth and operational excellence. You will report directly to the COO.
In this role, you will oversee people operations, performance management, compliance and cross-departmental alignment, working closely with engineering, operations and commercial teams to ensure HR strategy supports the business.
