The HR Manager serves as the highest-level Human Resources leader at GEM Plumbing & Heating Co., LLC and oversees HR programs, policies, and operations across the full employee lifecycle. This role partners directly with the leadership team to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local requirements while driving strategic improvements to strengthen the organization.
