JOB OBJECTIVES

Lead the HR team in providing related support and collaborative strategic directions to drive a productive and mutually rewarding relationship between the company and its members. To be able to establish/upgrade the Talent Acquisition & Organization Development operations of the company.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Work with Top Management on short and long-term strategic planning that may include organizational restructuring/realignments, workforce planning, etc to ensure alignment to overall company direction.
  • Ensure that HRD fulfills key functions needed to contribute to the company's operations. Key functions cover the following areas: Organizational Development including Performance Management Systems and Talent Development; Training; Talent acquisition and retention.
