Job Description

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. Will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. Lead the Human Resources strategy and execution across regions and business units in Mexico, ensuring alignment with business priorities, corporate policies, and local legal requirements. Driving a consistent and high-quality employee experience, strengthening organizational culture, developing leadership capabilities, and ensuring operational excellence across HR processes.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the HR strategy across Mexico region ensuring full alignment with business priorities, corporate guidelines, and legal requirements while acting as a strategic partner to senior leadership.
  • Oversee national HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, HR data accuracy, documentation, compliance processes, and HR system usage to ensure execution excellence across all regions.
  • Manage talent acquisition strategies for corporate roles, field operations, and technical positions, ensuring workforce planning is aligned with current and future business needs.
  • Coach and advise business leaders on organizational design,talent reviews, workforce decisions, succession planning, leadership capability, and employee performance to support talent development and internal mobility.
  • Ensure compliance with Mexican labor legislation, ethical standards, and corporate policies, managing employee relations cases, investigations.
  • Drive the performance management cycle, ensuring consistent communication, clear expectations, constructive feedback, and accountability for results across all levels of the organization.
  • Identify process improvements and lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, standardization, and scalability of HR practices across multiple sites and operational business environments and possible harmonizations.
  • Lead national culture, engagement, and communication initiatives that strengthen employee experience and support organizational values, diversity, inclusion, and retention efforts.
  • Serve as a change agent supporting business transformation, growth initiatives, and organizational shifts while ensuring strong stakeholder alignment and effective change adoption across Mexico.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • 10+ years' experience in Human Resources
  • Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
  • Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
  • Attention to detail and good judgement
  • Advanced English (Mandatory)
