Hr Manager

We need a hands-on HR Manager with aviation background, strong in contracts and compliance, who can independently manage HR for a 60–70 staff DGCA-approved flight academy.

This is a hands-on Aviation Operational HR role for an aviation training organisation. The person will personally handle recruitment, contracts, compliance, and daily HR operations.

Location: Mumbai / Aurangabad (On-site).

Reports to: VP – Training

ROLE PROFILE:

1. Recruitment & Staffing

• End-to-end hiring for:

o Flight Instructors Engineers & Technicians Dispatchers Admin, security, drivers, housekeeping

• Coordinate with CFI, CAMO, Safety for manpower needs.

• Issue offer letters and manage joining formalities. 

2. Contracts & Documentation

• Draft and manage:

o Employment contracts Instructor agreements Consultant / Examiner contracts NDAs & confidentiality agreements
