  • Optimize the company’s compensation and benefits system to attract, retain, and motivate talent.
  • Compile and submit various compensation-related data, including employee payroll, bonuses, and benefits.
  • Monitor and report on the annual total compensation and labor costs.
  • Handle employee onboarding, termination, confirmations, transfers, and updates in the EHR system.
  • Administer employee EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB contributions and ensure timely registration and compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate monthly attendance, overtime, and respective allowance records.
  • Update and manage employee information and maintain HR personnel files.
  • Plan and execute annual recruitment strategy; expand recruitment channels and build talent pipelines.
  • Define departmental functions, job structures, and staffing plans.
