Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time HR Manager role located in Noida. The HR Manager will oversee end-to-end human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and policy development. Key tasks include managing performance reviews, handling employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and contributing to overall organizational growth initiatives. The HR Manager will also strategize workforce planning and collaborate across teams to implement best practices.
Qualifications
- Human Resource Management and Employee Relations skills
- Proficiency in Recruitment, Onboarding, and Workforce Planning processes
- Experience in designing and implementing HR Policies and Compliance
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Expertise in Performance Management and Employee Engagement
- Capability to work collaboratively and provide strategic HR direction
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree is a plus
- Experience in the real estate industry or related sectors is an advantage
- Familiarity with labor laws and employment regulations in India
