Job Description

We are looking for a strategic, hands-on Manager – HR Operations to build a high-performing, inclusive workplace aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership on people strategies for growth and retention.
  • Own end-to-end HR including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and development.
  • Drive employee engagement, culture, and well-being initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees.
  • Ensure statutory compliance and policy adherence.

  • Mentor junior HR team members and strengthen HR processes.
