The HR Manager oversees all people‑related functions, including recruitment, hiring, and onboarding; training and development; performance management; compensation and benefits; and employee relations. This role is responsible for developing HR policies, ensuring legal compliance, managing compensation programs, fostering a positive workplace culture, and aligning HR strategies with overall business objectives.

The HR Manager serves as a key liaison between employees and management, handling employee relations matters such as conflict resolution and disciplinary actions. They also play a strategic role in talent management to maximize employee performance, engagement, and organizational success.
