Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead and manage all human resource functions of our growing construction company. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in construction manpower management, labor compliance, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding
  • Manage manpower planning for projects (direct hires, subcontractors, and PASA payroll)
  • Ensure compliance with DOLE, labor laws, and government requirements
  • Handle disciplinary actions, notices to explain, and grievance procedures
  • Supervise payroll coordination, timekeeping, and benefits administration
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook
