  • Full HR spectrum: Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, Performance Management, and HR Compliance
  • Mass hiring & agile deployment for multi-site client accounts
  • HR strategy, org design, and culture programs that improve retention and performance
  • HR analytics & reporting to guide business decisions

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 5+ years managerial experience in HR (multisite or manpower/outsourcing background is a plus)
  • Proven mass hiring strategy and quick-turn deployment experience
  • Strong grasp of Human Capital Management and Strategic HR (workforce planning, succession, engagement)
  • Confident communicator with executive presence; data-driven, decisive, and people-centric
  • Hands-on leader who can set direction and execute with speed
