Human Resources Manager

We have an immediate need for an HR Manager to join our growing team! This role will assist in all areas of HR management and development.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of Compass people policies and procedures — comp and benefits to employee relations to performance management and beyond!
• Process monthly and annual compliance reports and submit where necessary.
• Partnering with operations to coach leaders on people issues — such as employee relations, corrective action, compliance issues, and terminations.
• Leads HR-related research projects — such as comp studies, compliance audits, etc.
• Respond to inquiries from employees, and company leaders and troubleshoot and resolve complex and/or sensitive matters.
• Handle employee requests for leaves.
• Assist with benefits administration.
• Conduct the full offboarding process.
