Overview

Were Hiring: HR Manager (HRBP | BPO Industry). We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead strategic HR operations in a fast-paced BPO environment .

Location: Eastwood, Quezon City | On-site

Schedule: Shifting

Salary Package: Up to PHP 120,000

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end human resources operations within a BPO environment.
  • Oversee HRIS data management, HR process improvements, and HR process innovation.
  • Ensure compliance and audits (labor laws, internal/external audits).
  • Support budget and financial management related to HR activities.
  • Work closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
  • Uphold labor law compliance and drive employee engagement and performance.
  • Manage shifting schedules in an on-site setting at Eastwood, Quezon City.
