About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with a strong background working within a Renewable Energy EPC contractor, ideally with significant exposure to utility-scale solar projects.
This is a fully office-based position requiring a commercially aware HR professional who understands the pace, structure and operational demands of solar project delivery, along with the importance of structured internal recruitment in supporting multi-site EPC programmes.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and developing the company’s HR function while leading the recruitment of key project delivery personnel across multiple live and upcoming solar developments.
