Intercity Packers Ltd.The HR Manager supports the Human Resources function supporting the local business needs and leadership while managing day-to-day Human Resource services for the Specialty Companies. Coordinates best practices in employee relations, compensation, training and development, benefits, succession planning, and leadership development, along with building other effective tools needed by management. Responsible for executing enterprise initiatives and acts as liaison from the business to the HR Shared Services team.**Position:** Full-Time, Permanent.**Salary:** Depending on experience, between $100,000-110,000 per year, plus performance bonus.**Schedule:** Monday to Friday, business hours.**Location:** Richmond, BC.
