Job Description
* Lead the overall HR strategy, aligning policies, processes and organizational development with business goals.
* Oversee talent attraction, recruitment, selection and development to ensure high-performing teams.
* Design and implement training and development programs to strengthen technical and soft skills.
* Manage compensation and benefits programs ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness.
* Promote a positive work climate focused on motivation, wellbeing and safety.
* Strengthen labor relations and maintain effective communication with employees and the union.
* Coordinate occupational health, safety and wellbeing programs.
* Maintain and optimize the organizational structure to support operational continuity.
* Lead by example, reinforcing an environment of results, ethics, teamwork and continuous improvement.
* 5-6 years of experience in Human Resources.
* Strong background in internal policy administration, training & development, recruiting and strategic planning.
* Experience managing relationships with government entities and unions.
* Previous leadership roles within multinational companies.
