We are hiring Sr. HR Executive Recruitment + HR Operations who brings strong expertise in HR Operations along with hands-on experience in Recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, attendance & payroll coordination
Handle talent acquisition—from sourcing to selection
Support in policy implementation and compliance
Improve HR processes for enhanced efficiency and employee experience
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and engagement initiatives
Requirements
4+ years of experience in HR, with major exposure to HR Operations
Good understanding of recruitment processes
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
