We are seeking a seasoned HR Manager to join our team at Agricore CS Sdn Bhd in Bukit Mertajam, Penang. This full‑time role is responsible for overseeing the entire Human Resources function, driving strategic HR initiatives, ensuring compliance, and implementing effective HR policies and practices across the organization.

• Lead and manage all HR functions including recruitment, payroll, benefits, performance management, employee relations, and disciplinary matters.
• Oversee recruitment for local and foreign employees, including permits, levies, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook in line with labor laws and governance standards.
• Ensure accurate payroll and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, etc.).
