Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to senior leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Drive talent management, organizational design, and workforce planning
- Oversee compensation & benefits, performance management, and HR operations
- Lead and mentor the HR team while fostering a culture of collaboration
- Support process improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with policies
- Manage employee relations by addressing grievances and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 10+ years of HR experience with a strong HRBP background, including exposure to Shared Services, GBS, or COE environments
