Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to senior leadership
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive talent management, organizational design, and workforce planning
  • Oversee compensation & benefits, performance management, and HR operations
  • Lead and mentor the HR team while fostering a culture of collaboration
  • Support process improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with policies
  • Manage employee relations by addressing grievances and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 10+ years of HR experience with a strong HRBP background, including exposure to Shared Services, GBS, or COE environments
