HR Manager

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage full-spectrum HR functions and support our growing business. This role works closely with management to build a strong team, ensure compliance, and drive a positive, performance‑oriented work culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and performance management
• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws (EA, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB)
• Oversee payroll, compensation, incentives, and statutory submissions
• Coordinate staff training, development, and engagement initiatives
• Maintain HR records, reporting, and documentation
• Support management in culture building and organizational growth
