Responsibilities & Expertise:

  • Good knowledge of labor laws.
  • Proficient in English communication and legal drafting for circulars, notices, show cause letters, warnings, etc.
  • Statutory compliance and contract labor management.
  • Security, canteen, office, and property administration.
  • Liaising with government authorities such as DISH, ALC, PF, ESIC, GIDC, GPCB, Police Department, Security Guard Board, local village authorities, and politicians.
  • Knowledge of ISO, OHSAS, TPM E&T documentation and participation in audits.
  • Recruitment, training, and development.
  • Designing performance management systems aligned with business needs.
  • Handling strikes, workmen settlements, union agreements, statutory compliances, contract labor negotiations, and administrative & security management.
