An exciting permanent opportunity has become available to join a fun, collaborative HR team within the transport/logistics sector. Located in Sydney. As a HR Business Partner you will play a key role in this HR team and build strong relationships across the business. Reporting to the General Manager of People & Culture, you will provide HR support to your client group and the executive teams to achieve its corporate objectives.

Key elements of the role will include, but not limited to;

Partner and Manage Key Stakeholder Expectations

Broad HR Generalist skill set required including ER, Performance Management / Learning and Development

Employment Relations and Legislation

Provide strategic advice, supporting the full employee lifecycle
