What You'll Do


  • Recruitment & Onboarding Execute recruitment processes for various positions, covering both Group-level and Taiwan-specific hiring needs.
    Collaborate with hiring managers to support workforce planning, recruitment execution, and candidate evaluation and hiring processes.
    Manage onboarding procedures for new hires, including preparation of joining documents, scheduling onboarding activities, and cross-department coordination to ensure a smooth start.

  • Compensation & Related Operations Handle payroll-related operations, including monthly salaries, bonuses, and annual compensation matters.
    Execute employee income reporting and annual tax filing to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
    Assist in payroll-related administrative tasks and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
