What You'll Do
Collaborate with hiring managers to support workforce planning, recruitment execution, and candidate evaluation and hiring processes.
Manage onboarding procedures for new hires, including preparation of joining documents, scheduling onboarding activities, and cross-department coordination to ensure a smooth start.
Execute employee income reporting and annual tax filing to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
Assist in payroll-related administrative tasks and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
