Job Description
- Oversee and manage various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related issues and facilitate conflict resolution.
- Coordinate training and development programs to improve employee skills and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or relevant field
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in HR management or supervision
- Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
