Job Description

  • Oversee and manage various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related issues and facilitate conflict resolution.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or relevant field
  • Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in HR management or supervision
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
