Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Staffing

  • Manage the full recruitment process: job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and seasonal requirements.
  • Maintain employee records and contracts in compliance with labor regulations.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with the resort’s values.
  • Handle employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions with fairness and confidentiality.
  • Organize team-building activities, recognition programs, and employee events.

3. Training & Development

  • Conduct orientation and induction programs for new employees.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate skill development and hospitality training sessions.
