Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Staffing
- Manage the full recruitment process: job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and seasonal requirements.
- Maintain employee records and contracts in compliance with labor regulations.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with the resort’s values.
- Handle employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions with fairness and confidentiality.
- Organize team-building activities, recognition programs, and employee events.
3. Training & Development
- Conduct orientation and induction programs for new employees.
