Responsibilities

  • Administer various human resource plans and procedures for all employees; drives adherence of the policies and procedures for the employees; periodically reviews the policies to effect continual improvements toward efficiency and productivity. Exercise expertise in employment law concerns, changes and its legal impact, and executes due process
  • Supports in the development of house rules and regulations, administers end to end employee disciplinary action process for attendance, performance and behavioral related cases, talent assessment calibration, employee grievance, behavioral and career coaching, end to end exit management including voluntary resignations, terminations, redundancy due to business cessation or health.
