Job Description
Responsible for managing and implementing all HR-related functions for the restaurant, in accordance with Philippine labor laws and company policies. This role supports the full employee lifecycle from recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management to training and government compliance. The HR Manager ensures a productive, legally compliant, and people-centered workplace culture across all restaurant operations.
Recruitment & Staffing
- Manage full recruitment process for all restaurant positions (Wine Associate, supervisors, admin roles, etc).
- Conduct interviews, background checks, and pre-employment requirements.
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation of new hires.
Employee Records & Documentation
- Maintain 201 files and ensure accuracy of employee records.
- Prepare employment contracts, disciplinary memos, and other official documents.
