Responsibilities

  • Assist in posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews and supporting the recruitment process
  • Maintain and update employee personnel files and electronic records to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage employee onboarding
  • regularization, and offboarding processes and prepare the necessary forms and documents.
  • Monitor employee attendance, leave, and tardiness, and prepare attendance report for payroll processing.
  • Assist in the administration and updating of government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
  • Support some admin mission
  • Handle daily employee inquiries and ensure proper communication and enforcement of company policies.
  • Assist supervisors with other HR-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • College degree or above, preferably in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields...
