Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for skilled workers (carpenters, designers, installers) and admin staff
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace conduct issues
  • Oversee onboarding, training, and safety protocols for warehouse/onsite work and fast food client standards
  • Administer payroll, timekeeping, benefits, and project-based incentives
  • Lead performance evaluations and KPI-based appraisal systems
  • Maintain accurate HR records, contracts, certifications, and compliance with labor and safety laws
  • Support admin operations, inventory coordination, and logistics for site installations
  • Contribute to HR policy development and strategic workforce planning based on project pipelines

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field
