Job Description
This role oversees all general HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and timekeeping. It also manages benefits, leave, disciplinary procedures, employee records, government reporting, compliance, and engagement programs.
Responsibilities
- Oversee general HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding, payroll and timekeeping via Carbonate, compensations and benefits, leave management, and disciplinary procedures.
- Ensure accurate employee records, manage government reporting and compliance, and facilitate employee engagement programs to strengthen workplace culture.
- Handle vendor coordination, budget tracking, HRIS administration, and support the Accounts and Loan Disbursement teams during peak periods by ensuring proper staffing, documentation, and SOP alignment.
