Job Description

1) Talent Acquisition (Hard-to-Fill Roles)

  • Develop JDs, competency models, pay bands, and offers for roles (Business Assistant, Lawyer, Engineer, Drivers, HSE).
  • Manage full recruiting funnel (request → onboarding) with ≥80% match; expand channels (headhunters, referrals, campus, LinkedIn, Indeed, industry groups).
  • Use structured question banks/scorecards; enforce credential & background checks.
  • Align employer branding assets; publish market insights & benchmarks.

2) HR Compliance & Employee Relations

  • Maintain HR policies (attendance, OT, leave, travel, allowances, discipline, confidentiality, anti-harassment) and English handbook with briefings/acknowledgments.
  • Ensure compliance with PH labor law, DOLE OSH, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR; manage visas/AEP/SWP for foreigners.
  • Run disciplinary process (investigation → resolution); handle disputes & grievances.
