Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations for personnel deployed under the project
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, deployment, and exit processes for service personnel
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and contract requirements
- Handle employee relations matters including performance management, discipline, and grievances
- Coordinate manpower planning in support of project schedules and operational needs
- Ensure compliance with Progressive Wage Model (PWM), PW Mark requirements, and related declarations
- Maintain accurate employee records, documentation, and reporting
- Liaise with project management and operations teams to address manpower and HR issues
