+ Driving timely **payroll preparation & HR admin** – our payroll is outsourced to ADP, you are responsible for collecting and providing the correct input and quality control.
+ **Improving HR processes** in a complex environment - one of your challenges will be to streamline our HR processes and ensure they are consistent and harmonized working closely with our global and local HR Shared Services.
