Job Description

•Forecasts goals and objectives for the department and strives to meet them.
• Recruiting, and head hunting of personnel needed, hires, trains, motivates, counsels and monitors the performance of employees
• Prepares and administers an annual budget for the bonus for each department.

• making sure that staff get paid correctly and on time including pensions and benefits administration

• Approving job descriptions and its updates according to job needs

• Looking after the health, safety and welfare of all employees

• Organizing staff training sessions and activities

• Monitoring staff performance and attendance

• Advising line managers and employees on employment law and the employer's own employment policies and procedures

• Ensuring candidates have the right to work at the organization

• Negotiating salaries, contracts, working conditions or redundancy packages with staff and representatives.

• Supervises and update HR policies and procedures according to companies need taking into consideration legal and formal laws.

• Works with the Finance manager and coordinate with managers to ensure personnel to maintain internal steady.

• Attends managers meetings.

• Develops evaluation of employees with managers.

• Develops, enforces and monitors guidelines for working environment satisfaction.

• Maintains professional, non-abuse, proper appearance environment to personnel

• Handle reports, attendances, HR payroll, employee’s files (notice, termination, and make sure to update accordingly.

• Prepare monthly pay and all relatives reports.

• Handle cautionary letters
• Coordinate continuously with lawyer, top management and other parties.

• Other duties as assigned as per board of management.
