We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Officer – Employee Relations to join our Human Resources team. The role is responsible for fostering a positive working environment, handling employee grievances, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting effective communication between management and staff.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in a fair and timely manner.



Promote and support a positive work culture through effective communication and engagement initiatives.



Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and employment legislation.



Conduct investigations into complaints or misconduct and provide objective findings.



Maintain accurate and confidential records of employee relations issues.



Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.



Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.



Prepare reports and data related to employee relations metrics, trends, and issues.



Support HR initiatives such as employee satisfaction surveys, engagement programs, and training.







Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.



2+ years of experience in employee relations or general HR.



Solid understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.



Strong interpersonal and communication skills.



Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality.



Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.



Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of HRIS is a plus.



Preferred Qualifications:



Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, CIPD)
