HR Officer | Belfast | 12-month FTC We are delighted to be working with a market-leading FMCG organisation to recruit an HR Officer on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established HR function within a fast-paced supply chain environment, supporting multiple operational sites across Belfast. Role & Responsibilities - Deliver end-to-end HR operational support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, status changes and exits - Act as first-line HR support to managers on employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinaries and grievances - Attend ER meetings as required, supporting with note-taking and preparation of formal documentation - Support engagement, communication and culture initiatives at site level - Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, ensuring fair and consistent application - Coordinate training activity, including scheduling, record-keeping and acting as a point of co...
