The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in human resources, with a strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws. This role involves managing various HR functions,statuatory compliance, supporting employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
  • Manage the statuatory compliance.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and performance management processes.
  • Assist in resolving employee grievances and conducting exit interviews.
