Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learning & Development Coordination

    Assist in the end-to-end planning and execution of training programs, workshops, and development initiatives.

    Handle logistics for training events, including scheduling, venue arrangements, invitations, and materials preparation.

    Monitor attendance and participation in training programs and maintain accurate training records.

    Coordinate with internal and external trainers, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

  • Training Needs Analysis (TNA) Support

    Assist in identifying learning gaps and training needs across departments in collaboration with the People and Culture Manager.

    Help design assessment tools or surveys to gather input from employees and managers.

    Support the development of training plans based on the identified needs.
