LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT

• Identify training and development needs of all the GAOC Group of Companies
• Assist in conducting training needs analysis and research relative to new training and staff development programs
• Coordinate with all heads, pertaining to the training and development staff needs to perform and increase the skill set needed for the job
• Work with all Company/Branch/Department Heads to develop training programs and ensure they deliver results
• Research the latest HR technologist and training software
• Documents and monitors all technical and softskills training that is provided throught out all employees
• Maintains records of employees training history and ensures compliance with applicable accreditation policies
