•Assist in the overall provision of Human Resources procedures: Services, policies and career development, for all Saccal Group companies

• Provide counseling on policies and procedures

• Actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, checking applications and resumes and posting ads and assisting in the hiring process

• Employee orientation, development, and training

• Assist in performance management processes

• Looking after the health, safety and welfare of all employees

• Assist in the development of the organizational structure for the company

• Assist in administering payroll, maintaining employee records, personnel filing, …

• Support the HR Administration: NSSF Registration, Offer Letters, Employment Contracts, Salary Letters, …

• Managing and maintaining time attendance system, sick and annual leave documents...
