Job Description:

  • Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
  • Process payroll by collecting time and attendance records and resolving payroll errors.
  • Conduct quarterly performance reviews and monitor employee status.
  • Perform orientations for newly hired employees.
  • Organize employee files.
  • Process government-mandated benefits.
  • Issue memos and disciplinary actions to employees.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willing to work from Monday to Saturday.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of labor law, recruitment, and payroll is advantageous.
