Job Description:
- Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
- Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
- Process payroll by collecting time and attendance records and resolving payroll errors.
- Conduct quarterly performance reviews and monitor employee status.
- Perform orientations for newly hired employees.
- Organize employee files.
- Process government-mandated benefits.
- Issue memos and disciplinary actions to employees.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Willing to work from Monday to Saturday.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of labor law, recruitment, and payroll is advantageous.
