About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced HR Officer to join our dynamic State Government client based in Subiaco. This role focuses on establishment and role development, ensuring accurate workforce structures andaktif strategic HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Manage establishment processes, including creating and maintaining positions within HR systems.
- Support role development activities, ensuring alignment with organisational frameworks and classification standards.
- Conduct and review BIPERS assessments to ensure compliance with government requirements.
- Provide advice and guidance on workforce planning and position management.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely updates to establishment data.
