Basic Qualifications

  • Education :
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management , Psychology , Business Administration , or a related field
    • Criminology graduates with HR experience are also acceptable in the security sector
  • Work Experience :
    • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a security agency , manpower services, or similar industry

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and onboarding of security guards and staff
  • Maintain and update 201 files (employee records)
  • Process clearances, background checks, and document compliance (e.g., LESP, NBI, Police, Barangay Clearances)
  • Assist with training coordination and site deployment paperwork
  • Monitor government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, PAG-IBIG)
