Basic Qualifications
- Education :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management , Psychology , Business Administration , or a related field
- Criminology graduates with HR experience are also acceptable in the security sector
- Work Experience :
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a security agency , manpower services, or similar industry
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment and onboarding of security guards and staff
- Maintain and update 201 files (employee records)
- Process clearances, background checks, and document compliance (e.g., LESP, NBI, Police, Barangay Clearances)
- Assist with training coordination and site deployment paperwork
- Monitor government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, PAG-IBIG)
