Job Description
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Human Resources, or related field. A certification on LCD or HR (CLDA, CHRA, etc.) is an advantage.
- At least 1-3 years in HR with exposure to onboarding, performance management, or employee engagement (relevant to FMCG or retail preferred)
- Strong coordination and reporting skills, proficiency in MS Office, Canva, and basic reporting; event planning and coordination.
- Proactive, sociable, patient, resilient, consistent, and eager to learn/teach
- Organizational and analytical skills
- Interpersonal and communication skills

- Coordinates pre- employment requirements with new hires, facilitates and coordinates on boarding and orientation sessions of new hires.
